Jonathan Coslet

Senior Partner & Chief Investment Officer, TPG Capital, L.P.

Jonathan Coslet is a Senior Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of TPG Capital, L.P. He is Chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee, Chairman of the Private Equity Management Committee, and Member of the Holdings Management Committee. Prior to joining TPG, Coslet worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, specializing in leveraged acquisitions from 1991 to 1993. From 1987 to 1989, Coslet worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Coslet received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1991, where he was a Baker Scholar and a Loeb Fellow.

Coslet received his B.S.E. in Economics (Finance) from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, where he was Valedictorian, summa cum laude, a Gordon Fellow and a Steur Fellow. Coslet has served on the Boards of Directors of Burger King, Neiman Marcus, Petco Animal Supplies, J.Crew, Biomet, Quintiles Transnational, Iasis Healthcare, Fidelity National Information Services, Endurance Specialty, Oxford Health Plans, PPOM, Vivra, and several others. Coslet also serves on the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Board of Directors of Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, and the Advisory Council of the Hamilton Project.
