Mobility by Education Level
October 13, 2010
Mobility rates of workers displaced from a job vary based on different education levels. Roughly 16 percent of college educated workers move to a new city or county after being displaced from a job while only 11 percent of high school graduates and 10 percent of high school dropouts move to a new city or county after being displaced.
