Tiffany Chou

Tiffany Chou is an economist at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Economic Policy. At Treasury, she works primarily on issues pertaining to higher education, which range from enrollment in college to the federal financing aspects of the student loan programs. She received her PhD from the Department of Economics at the University of California, San Diego where she worked on projects ranging from religion and fertility to reconstruction, violence, and the opium economy in Afghanistan. She holds BAs in Economics and Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
