Caitlin Rowley was a senior staff assistant at the Hamilton Project and the USC-Brookings Schaeffer Initiative for Health Policy. Prior to joining the Brookings Institution, Caitlin served as a health policy intern in the Texas Legislature. In May 2021, she graduated with a B.A. in Health and Society from the University of Texas at Austin.
