Edward Kleinbard is The Ivadelle and Theodore Johnson Professor of Law and Business at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, and a Fellow at The Century Foundation. Kleinbard joined USC Law in 2009. Before joining USC Law, he served as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Congress’s Joint Committee on Taxation. His work focuses on the taxation of capital income, international tax issues, and the political economy of taxation.
