Aidan Obermueller is a research intern at The Hamilton Project. He graduated from Valparaiso University in 2025 with a BA in Economics and Spanish. He is currently a Master of Public Policy candidate at the University of Chicago, specializing in social and economic inequality. He is interested in issues related to economic mobility, social safety net programs, the labor market, and housing policy. His senior thesis focused on the relationship between immigration and median wages at the local level.
