Krista Ruffini is a Visiting Scholar at the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank’s Opportunity and Inclusive Growth Institute and an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Her research focuses on how programs targeted to disadvantaged populations affect labor market, education, and health outcomes. Ruffini holds an MA and PhD from UC-Berkeley, an MPA from the London School of Economics, and a BA from Boston University.
