Richard G. Frank is the Margaret T. Morris Professor of Health Economics at Harvard Medical School and a Research Associate with the National Bureau of Economic Research. He advises several state mental health and substance abuse agencies on issues related to managed care and financing of care, and his work on drug pricing and mental health services has earned him multiple prizes.
