Greg Leiserson

Greg Leiserson is the Director of Tax Policy and Chief Economist at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. His research focuses on the economics of tax, social insurance, and retirement policies. Prior to joining Equitable Growth, he served as a Senior Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers and as an Economist in the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Tax Analysis. He holds a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s from Swarthmore College.
