Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen is a communications and outreach coordinator with The Hamilton Project at Brookings. Prior to joining The Hamilton Project, Joyce interned with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she supported work on climate and environmental policy. She also worked on several political campaigns, most recently former Representative Mary Peltola (D-Ala.). Joyce holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Computer Science and English from the University of Toronto.
