Joyce Chen is a senior events and outreach assistant with The Hamilton Project at Brookings. Prior to joining The Hamilton Project, Joyce interned for the Wilson Center and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she focused on climate and environmental policy. She also worked on several political campaigns, most recently former Representative Mary Peltola (D-Ala.). Joyce holds an MPP from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and an HBA in Political Science with minors in Computer Science and English from the University of Toronto.
